1. COMMUNICATION, Council President Pereira is calling a SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING for TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M., with Mayor Jonathan F. Mitchell for the purpose of discussing the future plans for Fire Station #9.
